Challenge yourself or several friends at the same time With Marble Blast Ultra, things are just how they should be, the marble physics are excellent for both control and impact and that allows you to really focus on the speedrun part. Similar games can be extremely punishing when it comes to guiding the ball/sphere/marble/whatever across the level. You get 60 levels to complete, all of them grouped into difficulty categories with some being downright rage triggers, and we'll take that as a good thing.Īnother thing that’s worth mentioning is the spot on marble control. The gameplay is well rounded and features just enough variety to make things fun and perpetually interesting. Although, if that is the only ‘complaint’ about a game, it’s easy to acknowledge and appreciate the work that went into it. The polishing on this game is exemplary when casually roaming around a level or giving 110% to beat a record, everything works perfectly, except for the credits section where things are a bit messed up. Excellently polished visuals and gameplayįor an indie title, Marble Blast Ultra not only looks great it plays just as well. The game features a large number of levels for single player and a good bunch for multiplayer mode.
